Synthesised Graphite Powder is a High resilient , Deformable  Dual composition graphite,  plugging agent which is provides bridge and sealing of permeable formations in water, oil, or synthetic based mud systems and cement slurry. It can be used to control seepage in severe lost circulation zones. It is completely inert and does not affect the rheological properties of drilling fluid systems. It reduces torque and drag by increasing lubricity. Its resiliency maintains a seal to block fluid losses. It is an effective sealing material for both Natural and induced Fractures

Application:

Graphite Powder is designed to bridge and seal permeable formations. It controls lost circulation and increasing lubricity and reduce torque and drag and sticking tendencies at high temperature. The Excellent Deformability and Resilience of the GRAPHTEK helps to Form an Effective pressure Seal and Reduces Fluid Loss
