Potassium Silicate

Potassium Silicate Liquid is a Drilling additive used for wellbore stabilization without the need for additional Salts for added Inhibition. it is widely used in Clay and Clay stone and Chalk formations. It doesn’t require the addition of additional Salts for inhibition, but potassium chloride and Potassium Carbonate and other potassium Salts can be added to enhance the inhibitive Performance.

Application:

It is essentially used to provide Wellbore Stabilization and Inhibition. Can be used with standard drilling polymer additives to provide the required Rheological and Fluid Loss Properties
